Strong
and simple machine designed to drill holes
and contour marble and granite for the conformation
of straight and curved, internal or external
edges in a quick and easy manner.
Composed by a column and two mobile arms of
high resistance cast iron,which are provided
with pneumatic disc breaks in each one of
them. The drilling of holes is accomplished
by means of a pneumaticpiston with pressure
regulator that apllies the adequate work pressure
depending on the type material. The speed
of the spindle is electronically controled
to quicly reach the R.P.M. required by the
tool.
It is operated by a powerful electric motor,
whose transmission has belts and pulleys.
The machine is provided with two pneumatic
presses, a copying system with template and
stainless steel quick coupler system for tools
