The C
34 bridge saws have been specially designed
to cut marble or granite slabs.
Its technical development classes it as a
strong and reliable, simple-to-use and fast
machine. The disk carriage moves along an
electrowelded steel bridge. The bridge moves
transversely along two lateral rails. The
revolving work table, built in electrowelded
steel, is mounted on ball bearing with blockings
every 45º. The machine is provided with
a sand blasting and phosphate treatment, with
a layer of two component epoxy enamel and
a polyurethane enamel finish.
•
Disks from 14" up to 20"
• 20 HP (92 kW) direct drive
main motor.
• 126" electrical movement
bridge
• Digital readout display.
• 45 degree disk cuts with manual
inclination.
• Turntable with 8 stop points.
• 134" electric cut movement.
• 15" electric vertical head
movement.
• Optional hydraulic tilting table.
Command panel Assembled on an articulate arm, makes posible the manual operation of the machine by joysticks, semi automatic operation placing the cut measure on the digital display or automatic operation by the PLC with two work modalities and 10 programmable measures with 99 repetitions, horizontal head movement with programmable soft limits, vertical head movement controled by electronic potentiometer and automatic water solenoid valve.
Tilting
Both Step Cutting Can tilt manually from 0º to 46º, allowing to make miter cuts in successives steps. The horizontal movement along the bridge, assembled on steel guides with linear ball bearings, is powered by gearmotor with electronic speed control. The vertical movement is motorized and assembled on two rectified and chromed steel bars. Disc power by spindel motor.
Disk
Carriage Made of electro welded steel, manual rotation on a big diameter ball bearing, a manual lock in the front blocking the table every 45º and a second rear lock blocking the table in any angle.

C39
Bridge
saw machine
The
C 39 bridge saw with adjustable disk angle
has been specially designed to cut either
marble or granite thin or thick slabs.
A disk-carrying carriage moves along an electrically
welded steel bridge upon sphere recycling
linear guides by means of a motoreducer equipped
with an electronic frequency shifter.
Guides are covered by means of a maze like
installation for protection.
The machine is provided with a sand blasting
and phosphate treatment, with a layer of two
component epoxy enamel and a polyurethane
enamel finish.
•
Disks from 14" up to 30"
• 20 HP (15 kW) motor and V-belts
transmission.
• 45 degree disk cuts with motorizad
inclination.
• Programmable logical controller
and screen.
• Four work programs, stores 128
measurements.
• Turntable with 8 stop points.
• 150" electric cut movement.
• 12" electric vertical head
movement.
• Optional hydraulic tilting table.
Command panel The command
panel is mounted on an articulated
arm thus allowing an easy orientation
of panel.
All operations are controlled by means
of a PLC unit so that machine can
be operated quite easily either manually
or automatically.
Table An oversized
steel table is mounted on a ball-fitted
orientation crown the blocking of wich
occurs at each 45º stop.
Tilt-up
disk up to 45º by means of a motoreducer
when working with granite. A RAM motorized,
vertical movement allows a cutting process
by successive increases to take place
at each cut, both in a vertical direction
as well as in a tilting direction.
Through ribbed V-belts and V-belt drives
motor forwards power to an axle mounted
an ball bearings and precision rollers.

Operative
aptitudes
•
Cutting speed and reversing motion can
be regulated independently.
• Both transversal and vertical
translations can be seen on a monitor
screen.
• Bridge translation with an automatic
correction of disk thickness can be
programmed.
Disk downward motion can be programmed
in millimiters.
Four working programs up to 128 different
measures can be selected. Each measure
can be repeated 99 times.
• Standard disk diameter: from
350 mm to 650 mm
Optative
features
• Disk
variable speed achieved by means of
a frequency converter.
• Cut alignment achieved by means
of a laser beam.
• Table revolution is motorized
and programmable with a 1/100º
resolution
• Table can be overturned
• Profile copier working by means
of templates with an optical reading
device.
